Veterinarian
Dr. Ann Mayberry received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from University of Georgia in 1992. Dr. Mayberry grew up around dogs and cats and this lifelong passion for animals drew her to veterinary medicine. After receiving her DVM, she moved to the Dunwoody area and started a successful and well-respected veterinary practice, which she owned for over 20 years.
She joined Dunwoody Animal Medical Center in 2022, and we’re thrilled to have her. Dr. Mayberry has lived in Peachtree Corners since 1995. She has one grown daughter and a houseful of animals. When she’s not at work she can often be found showing her award-winning Alaskan Malamutes. In addition to breeding, showing and judging dogs, she regularly volunteers her times giving health seminars to fellow dog-show enthusiasts.
Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is internal medicine – the way the various internal bodily systems function and treating the issues that affect these systems.
