Animal Care Attendant
Betsy received her Bachelor of Science (BS) from Berry College and her Masters of Education (M.Ed) from Kennesaw State University. Betsy was a client at Dunwoody Animal Medical Center for 20 years before we convinced her to come work for us in 2019. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is the variety of cases we see on a daily basis.
She has been involved in animal rescue her entire adult life and is president of Weimaraner Rescue of the South. She is married and has a grown son. Her house is always full of rescues and she lives with her four rescued Weimaraner and Weimaraner mixes, Landon, Radley, Colson and Folly. When she has free time, she’s either traveling, playing tennis or baking.
