To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases will always receive top priority and occasionally appointment delays occur. Please realize that we make every attempt to see each client on time and we will provide excellent care to all of our patients.
For your convenience, “Day Admission” appointments are available. A “Day Admission” appointment means you can bring in your pet at a time that works best for you and leave him or her for a few hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off early in the morning so that our doctors can examine your pet in between appointments and surgeries. After your pet has been examined, a technician will call you to discuss the diagnosis and treatment plan. If you drop off your pet before noon, he or she will usually be ready to go home by 3:00pm. If your pet arrives after noon, he or she will usually be ready to go home by 6:00pm. If you need to pick your pet up sooner, please let us know at the time of admission.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet in the lobby and common areas (we recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room).
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, debit cards, cash and personal checks.
